Inan: “In the kitchens of the Efteling Grand Hotel, the cookies are hand-filled and baked fresh throughout the day. The result? An incredibly fresh cookie – crisp on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. The filling is made with apple, white chocolate, and a secret blend of spices that give it that magical twist. The recipe for this signature cookie is developed by Efteling and exclusively available at Café Biscuit. Each Pom Doortje is a generous 9.5 cm wide and weighs around 120 grams. Honestly, it’s the most delicious apple pie you’ve ever tasted – just in cookie form!”
