Check-in with the digital key
You will receive an e-mail 8 days before arrival to activate your digital key. This digital key is linked to the free Efteling app. On arrival, you can use the digital key on your phone to:
Please note: you may park in the designated spaces in the holiday village only when loading and unloading your luggage. The main road does not go to the front door. A number of accommodations can only be reached on foot.
In addition to the digital key, the Efteling app also contains your entrance and parking tickets for Efteling Theme Park.
You didn't receive an e-mail or you prefer to use a key card?
Then you can also check in at the reception. The reception of Holiday Village Loonsche Land is located in the lobby of the Efteling Loonsche Land Hotel and is open from 7.00 am to 10:30 pm. A night service is available outside opening hours.
Check-out
You must leave your accommodation by 10.30 am on the day of your departure. You do not need to check out at the reception.
Are you staying in a house? May we request that you dispose of your waste in the designated waste bins, remove the bedding, clean the crockery and put it back in the cupboards, close all windows and outside doors, and close the parasol on the terrace.
You can make use of all facilities all day long, including Efteling Park, the Efteling Loonsche Land car park and the car park at the main entrance to Efteling Park.

Parking
As a guest of Loonsche Land you can park for free in the nearby car park by using your digital key. You can use this car park for the duration of your stay, however, access into the village is only for unloading and loading luggage on arrival and departure days. The car park has four disabled parking spaces. Charging stations, for electric vehicles, are available, for a fee and you must bring your own charging cable.
Public transport
The Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land can easily be reached by public transport from anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. Find out which train or bus connection you need and plan your trip!
From the Efteling bus stop it is about a 20 minute walk to Efteling Loonsche Land. You can also register for the free Shuttle Service to be taken from the bus stop to the reception. Please note: a minimum of three days advance booking is required.

Unlimited access
As a guest of Efteling Loonsche Land, you have access to the Efteling Park on all days of your stay (including arrival and departure days). Booking a visit is not necessary.
Entrance & parking at the Theme Park
You can find the entrance tickets for the theme park 8 days before arrival in the Efteling app. Would you rather print them? You can also download them from your Efteling account 8 days before arrival. You can also use your entrance tickets for parking at the main entrance to Efteling Park.
Half an hour earlier access
As an Efteling Loonsche Land guest, you have access to Efteling Park half an hour earlier. A number of attractions will already be open especially for you.
The staying guest entrance is just a 15-minute walk from Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land. Follow the signs from the car park or navigate to this special entrance using the Efteling app. A shuttle bus also commutes between Loonsche Land and Efteling Park. This shuttle arrives every 15 to 20 minutes every day from one hour before Efteling Park opens until one hour after closing time.
Reception
Are you using your digital key? If so, you don't have to go to reception to check in. Do you have a question or want to make a reservation? You can then go to the reception in the lobby of the Loonsche Land Hotel. The reception is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.30 pm. A night service is available outside opening hours. Efteling Shuttle
A shuttle bus commutes daily between Efteling Loonsche Land and Efteling Park. You can see where the Wood stops are located on the map. The shuttle arrives every 15 to 20 minutes every day from one hour before opening of Efteling Park until one hour after closing time.
Souvenir Delivery Express
Have you bought a souvenir at Efteling Park? You can have them brought to the park exit or the Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land reception free of charge! The Souvenir Delivery Express runs several times a day. For more information, please ask the staff in Efteling Park.

Everything for children
Playing in the Loonsche Land is adventurous and natural. In the park, you will find various items of playground equipment on which to clamber around. There is also a watchtower and a small animal enclosure where children can look at small animals. Discovery boxes and a walking route along The Stone Trail are also available at the reception. Are you staying in a holiday home?
You can order a delicious breakfast delivery via the QR code in your accommodation. We will make sure that your order is delivered to your front door before 8.00 am.
Are you staying in a hotel or themed room?
Breakfast is included in your stay. Take a seat at breakfast in De Proeftuyn Restaurant. Enjoy a traditional breakfast buffet with artisan bread, home-made jam, fresh eggs, dairy fresh from the farm and cereals.

Lunch
Lunch at Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land
All staying guests at Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land can make use of the lunch options at De Proeftuyn Restaurant. In this restaurant you can taste nature's best flavours! Making a reservation for lunch is not necessary, but is possible at the reception.
Taking lunch with you or having lunch at Efteling
Do you prefer to bring your own lunch? The Kleyn Waerenhuys grocer's shop in Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk is just a 10 minutes' walk from Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land. Freshly baked bread rolls, butter, cheese and other sandwich fillings are available here every day. Or make the most of your day at Efteling and enjoy a delicious lunch in the park.
Dinner
Dinner at Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land
As a staying guest, you can enjoy a sumptuous dinner in De Proeftuyn Restaurant & Bar. The menu features traditional meat, fish and vegetarian dishes complemented by delicious seasonal specialities. Making a reservation is desirable and can be done when booking your stay or afterwards in your Efteling account.
Pizza delivery
Would you like to dine in your accommodation? Order a freshly baked pizza or a salad and have it delivered. You can order between 4.00 pm and 9.30 pm via the easy order kiosk at reception or via the QR code in your accommodation.
Dining in Efteling
In a number of restaurants in Efteling Park, you can sit down for dinner after closing time, for example at Polles Keuken or Pinocchio's pizza & pasta restaurant. View all restaurants >
Barbecuing and table-top grilling
Barbecuing is only allowed in the outdoors, with an electric barbecue. You can cook your own food indoors or outdoors using an electric table-top grill. Other types of barbecue and table-top grills are not permitted due to fire safety. If you wish to use a table-top grill inside, we recommend that you ventilate the accommodation well during meals so that the smoke detectors do not go off. In addition, we ask you not to plug the electric barbecue or table-top grill into the sockets in the kitchen. In case the power cable of the barbecue or table-top grill is not long enough to fit into a different socket, you can borrow an extension cord from the reception of Efteling Loonsche Land in exchange for a deposit.
A snack or drinks?
Reminisce a bit longer about a magical day in Efteling? You can do this on the terrace or at the bar of De Proeftuyn Restaurant. Feel at home and enjoy an aperitif and various snacks while the children amuse themselves in the play corner. In the mood for a sweet snack? A cup of coffee with homemade apple cake can be highly recommended!
A visual spectacle
Be amazed by CARO, the fantastic family show full of humour, music and acrobatics! Instead of the regular price of €26.50 p.p., you will pay only €12.50 p.p. as an overnight guest!
Book tickets
Reservations can be made while making your booking or afterwards in your Efteling account. The tickets can be found in the Efteling app. If you would prefer to print them, you can download them.
Make your overnight stay even more special
Choose from the many additional services, such as an enchanting Efteling gift or a grocery package full of treats. Do you have something to celebrate? Make your stay a true celebration with the Loonsche Land package deal, fairytale bubbly, a party pack with bunting or a cream cake. Additional services can be added to your booking in your Efteling account.
Payment
It is possible to pay the full amount for overnight stays in Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land in one go or to pay a deposit. The down payment consists of 30% of the total price and can be made up to six weeks in advance. You must have paid the entire amount six weeks before the check-in date. You can pay the remaining amount via your Efteling account.
Cancellation
Of course, it is possible to cancel your booking. However, please be aware, that if you do, you may be charged a cancellation fee. You can read more about cancellations in our terms and conditions.
Guests with disabilities
Efteling Loonsche Land has hotel rooms specially adapted for guests with disabilities. Guests with a disability have a parking space near the entrance of the hotel. The hotel also has a lift and wheelchairs can be rented at the reception.
Do you have an auditory impairment? Then you can borrow a special alarm clock with a vibrating disk and flashes at the reception of Efteling Loonsche Land.
Would you like to make use of the special facilities at Efteling Park for guests with disabilities? You can request a personal facilities card.
Dogs in Loonsche Land
Your dog is also welcome in the Loonsche Land houses, with the exception of Low-allergen Holiday Houses. If you would like to bring your dog, please indicate this in your booking. You pay €19.50 per house for the stay of two dogs at most. Dogs are not allowed in public places in the Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land. The holiday village does not have a special dog walking area available. You must walk your dog in the Loonsche Land nature district and not in the holiday village itself.
Dogs are not allowed in Efteling Theme Park. Efteling has no shelter where you can leave your dog during your visit. While you are visiting Efteling theme park, your dog may stay in your accommodation if they are in a cage. Please bear in mind that you will only have access to your accommodation from 4.00 pm on your arrival day and you must leave the accommodation at 10.30 am on your departure day.
