Terms and conditions for tickets with a visit date from 1 January 2026
The conditions below apply to entrance tickets sold directly by Efteling and do not apply to flexible tickets or promotional tickets sold by third parties.
- The entrance ticket grants access to Efteling to one person (aged 4 and above) on the date specified on the ticket.
- The entrance ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- You can change the date of your unused entrance ticket to another date, as long as it falls within the validity period. This period is one year from the date of purchase of the ticket. This can be done through your Efteling-account. If the entrance fee for the new ticket date is higher, the difference must be paid. No refund will be issued when changing to a date with a lower entrance fee.
- The entrance ticket will be activated upon entering Efteling. The validity of the ticket will expire upon exiting Efteling.
- The entrance ticket cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The ticket may not be resold or used for commercial purposes in any way.
- By entering the park, you agree to abide by the Park Regulations. These are available on efteling.com and at the Visitor Service Centre.
- The right of withdrawal applies to tickets (both for entrance and parking) purchased via efteling.com. Unused tickets can be returned to Efteling for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for specific events, such as New Year's Eve or theatre performances.
- Entrance tickets must be shown upon request.
- Efteling cannot be held liable for lost or stolen tickets.
- Check current opening hours & crowd calendar and route description before visiting.
Terms and conditions flexible tickets with a visit date from 1 January 2026
The conditions below apply to flexible entrance tickets sold directly by Efteling.
- The flexible entrance ticket grants access to Efteling to one person (aged 4 and above) for one day.
- The entrance ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can use the ticket on any day within this period. Reserving a visit date is not required.
- The entrance ticket will be activated upon entering Efteling. The validity of the ticket will expire upon exiting Efteling.
- The entrance ticket cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The ticket may not be resold or used for commercial purposes in any way.
- By entering the park, you agree to abide by the Park Regulations. These are available on efteling.com and at the Visitor Service Centre.

Terms and conditions for tickets for Hotel & Resorts guests
The conditions below apply to tickets in combination with an overnight reservation at Efteling Hotels & Resorts
- This ticket is only valid in combination with an overnight reservation at Efteling Hotels & Resorts.
- This ticket is only valid on the dates stated on the ticket.
- This ticket is only valid for guest(s) that are named on the reservation made at Efteling Hotels & Resorts.
- This ticket can not be redeemed for money or another ticket.
- It is prohibited to sell and transfer this ticket or use it for other commercial purposes.
- When entering the park, you agree with the Efteling terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions for Efteling car park tickets
- A car park ticket is only valid on the day of your visit to the park.
- A car park ticket allows the person with a valid driving licence to use the car park for one car per day, during the regular opening hours of the theme park and only together with a visit to the park. Entering the car park is no longer allowed from one and a half hours before the theme park closes. For the latest opening times, check efteling.com.
- The car park ticket holder must be 18 years or older and hold a driving licence.
- A car park ticket does not give you any priority or guarantee of a car park space during busy periods.
- It is not allowed to use the car park ticket in any other way than these terms and conditions.
- When leaving the car park, you can use the barriers at the car park. When you hold your ticket up to the barrier terminal, the barrier will go up. If you've provided your licence plate number to Efteling, the barriers will open automatically.
- Parking is at your own risk; Efteling is not liable for damages. Efteling offers a parking space only against payment. Surveillance of your vehicle is not the responsibility of Efteling.
- The Dutch road traffic act applies in the car park at Efteling.
- Pets must not be left in the car. If you leave your pet in your car, any (damage) costs for rescuing your pet from the car are your own responsibility.
- You must follow the instructions from the parking attendants on duty.
Terms and conditions for parking tickets for Efteling Annual Pass holders
- The parking ticket is only valid in combination with a visit to the park and a valid Annual Pass. Access to the car park is not permitted from one and a half hours before closing time of the theme park. For current opening times, check efteling.com.
- If you want to park during the validity of your Annual Pass, you can use the discount rate on a parking ticket that matches the type of Annual Pass you have, which allows you to purchase a parking ticket for one day.
- The discount rate is strictly personal, linked to your Annual Pass and non-transferable.
- A parking ticket allows the person with a valid driving licence to use the car park for one car per day during the regular opening times of the theme park and only in combination with a park visit with your Annual Pass.
- The owner of the Annual Pass and parking ticket must be in the vehicle when using them.
- The owner of the Annual Pass and parking ticket must be 18 years or older and possess a driving licence.
- A parking ticket does not give priority or guarantee of a parking space during busy times.
- It is not allowed to lend the Annual Pass and/or parking ticket to others or use them differently than according to these conditions.
- When you have purchased a parking ticket with your Annual Pass, it will be processed in your entrance environment of your Efteling app. When leaving the car park, you can use the barriers of the car park. If you hold your phone in front of the barrier terminal, the barrier will rise. If you have given your licence plate to Efteling, the barriers will open automatically.
- Parking is at your own risk, Efteling is not liable for any damage. Efteling only provides a parking space upon payment. The security of your vehicle is not the responsibility of Efteling.
- The Dutch Road Traffic Act applies in the car park of Efteling.
- Pets may not be left in the car. If you leave them in your car, any (damage) costs for freeing your pet from the car are your own responsibility.
- You must follow the instructions of the parking attendants on duty.
- In the period from 13 April to 14 June 2026, a temporary parking pass of 20 euros has been issued, to which, where possible, all conditions in this entire Article also apply. Where it says parking ticket, you should temporarily read temporary parking pass. The aforementioned temporary parking pass is valid for 2 months from the date of issue, after which it expires automatically, extension is not possible, and the annual pass holder will then, for the remaining duration of their annual pass, be entitled to the discounted rate for parking tickets belonging to the type of annual pass the holder has purchased.
- In the context of accessibility and pursuant to the Equal Treatment Act on the grounds of disability or chronic illness (WGBH/CZ), an adapted parking scheme remains available for guests with a valid European disabled parking card. This scheme is intended to enable visitors with a disability to visit the park on an equal footing. The adapted scheme is only accessible to holders of an officially recognised and valid (European) disabled parking card and is offered under reasonable and proportionate conditions. The scheme is periodically evaluated for feasibility, proportionality, and compliance with applicable legislation and regulations. The (European) disabled parking card must be shown at the request of Efteling. In case of misuse, Efteling is authorised to cancel the parking subscription. This parking pass can only be taken out at the Guest Service and is subject to the same parking conditions as a parking ticket.
