Reservation Terms & Conditions Restaurant Mystique
1. Reservation and deposit
For reservations at Restaurant Mystique, we require a deposit of €25.00 per person (per cover). The deposit will be deducted from the total amount when settling the bill. The reservation is final once the deposit has been received. Until then, the reservation is considered a provisional booking.
2. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be communicated by phone via +31 (0)416 537777. For cancellations up to 48 hours before the reservation, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 48 hours before the reservation time or in case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. If the number of people is reduced within 48 hours before the reservation, the deposit for the cancelled persons will not be refunded.
3. Other provisions
The deposit is paid online during the booking process. Restaurant Mystique reserves the right to cancel or move reservations in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the deposit will of course be fully refunded. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these reservation terms and conditions.
