Magicaluna is a twenty-minute, non-verbal spectacle show full of magic and illusions. From 3 April through Sunday, 8 November, the show can be visited free of charge three times a day at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Seats cannot be reserved; admission is free. Magicaluna is a show for the whole family, with a recommended age of 6 and up.

The new show Magicaluna will premiere on Friday 3, April 2026! The first public performance is on 3 April at 1:30 p.m., followed by a second performance at 2:30 p.m.

On the evening before her birthday, Luna decides that she wants to leave her childhood behind. She tidies her room and puts away all her old toys, including Jokie, the doll she received from her grandmother. That night, something unexpected happens. While Luna sleeps, dream builders appear: with enchanting tricks, they transform her room into a grand dream spectacle.

Luna awakens and is amazed time and again. Toys move as if they are alive, shadows guide her way, and illusions carry her into a world full of imagination. During this magical journey, Luna rediscovers a feeling she had almost lost: her own sense of wonder.

For Magicaluna, Efteling is working together with the renowned producer Magus Utopia. With over 25 years of experience and performances in more than 40 countries, they are known for their originality, artistic craftsmanship and imaginative illusionism, where storytelling plays a key role. In recent years, Magus Utopia contributed to the spectacular Halloween production of Universal Studios (Florida, USA): Nightmare Fuel Wildfire. They were responsible for developing and performing the magic and illusions. Nightmare Fuel Wildfire has grown into the highest-rated show in the history of Halloween Horror Nights. In China, Magus Utopia designed, built, trained and directed several productions for the circus theatre Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. For Efteling, Magus Utopia is directing a dreamy production for the very first time, unmistakably infused with an Efteling signature.
