Winter Efteling starts on Monday, November 16, 2026 and runs until January 31, 2027. Efteling is open every day from at least 11:00 to 18:00, but on many days longer: from 10:00 to 19:00. During the Christmas holidays, Efteling is even open until 20:00 (except on December 31). Check the up-to-date opening hours and crowd forecast for your chosen visit day using the opening hours calendar and the free Efteling app. Ticket prices range from €40.00 to €56.00. 

You can get tickets with a visit date up to and including December 31. Tickets for a later date will be available later.

Winter Efteling tickets

During the Christmas holidays, from Monday 21 December 2026 through Sunday 3 January 2027, you can visit Winter Efteling with a special evening ticket (except on 31 December). This ticket is valid from 4:00 p.m. until closing time and costs 33 euros.

Tip: if you buy a car park ticket at the same time as your evening ticket, you pay 10 euros instead of the regular price.

Evening tickets

The Warme Winter Weide winter garden is getting a fresh makeover. This winter, you get to skate a lap on the brand-new ice rink called 'De Gladde Piste', which is even partly covered! Inside the skating tent, there are plenty of seats where you can rest and enjoy a treat. You can also admire the winter ornaments and the Efteling Winter Village with all the new and previously released Luville miniatures here.

The new caterpillar ride ‘Cirque Papillon’ brings classic fun to the Warme Winter Weide winter garden. Who will you take a spin with?

On the other side of the ice rink, a nostalgic mirrored tent with cozy seating is set up. Here, you can enjoy the musical, acrobatic show 'Cirque Miragio' every day. The show lasts 20 minutes. Snow White is doing well, but how is the queen now? In this new show, you find out what happens to the Evil Queen after the fairytale.

Take a fun photo with Pardijn in a horse drawn sleigh. You can win cool prizes at the different game chalets. There are not only special winter bites and drinks, but also the best winter souvenirs. At the cozy bonfire, you get a great view of the nine-meter-tall Wonder Winter Tree, filled with sparkling lights, stars, and twinkling ice crystal ornaments.

At the square in front of the Symbolica dark ride, you can meet Pardoes the magic Jester in a new covered pavilion with cozy lighting. It’s the perfect spot to take a fun photo together! Pardoes brought the Nikkelen Nelissen musicians from Symbolica. When the Magic sparks reach this noisy duo, you won’t believe your ears.

This winter, take a ride on the Anton Pieck Carrousel at Anton Pieckplein and enjoy the winter sounds of the three singers: Carolling Carousel. The game ‘Uyt den Losse Pols’ on the square adds even more fun and excitement.

This winter (until 3 January 2027), the successful show ‘The man with the magic lantern’ will once again be performed at the Carousel Theatre. This musical performance, with singing, puppetry, and visual effects, takes you into a world of wonder and lets you step right into the scenes of the magic lantern. Jokie & Jet will also be at Carnaval Festivalplein with their Winter Show.

At Max & Moritzplein, it’s time for the annual Anderberg Song Festival! The whole village is excited, but of course Max and Moritz mess things up again. Not a single contestant has been invited! Luckily, Frau Schmetterling and Baker Krümel are doing everything they can to make it a real Anderberg music celebration after all!

Take a winter walk through the Fairytale Forest. See which residents are wrapped up warm and snap a photo by the snowy mushrooms. In the open-air theatre, you can enjoy the Fairytale Tree Winter Show.

The winter food and drink specials are only available for a short time. This winter, you can pick delicious savoury waffles or a unique Unox sandwich. Magical oliebollen and tasty hot drink specialties complete your visit to Winter Efteling.
