Lost something at Efteling?
Items found in the Efteling Park are listed on the iLost website. Click the link below to find out if your item has been found. It is not necessary to call Efteling. Has your item still not been listed after five days? In that case, it has not been found, unfortunately.
Found your item on the list?
When you see your lost item on the list, click the button ‘this item is mine’. If you have no receipt of the item, you must be able to provide evidence that the item is yours. In order to do so, you need to describe a number of characteristics that are not visible on the picture, such as:
- the contents of a bag
- damage to a phone
- the screensaver of a phone
Please note: it is important to go through the entire online process to identify yourself as the owner. Once this is done, you can have your item delivered to your house.

Have you lost anything during your stay in Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk, Efteling Loonsche Land or in the Efteling Hotel? Please contact us.
Found something during your visit to Efteling? Please hand it to one of our employees or hand it in at the Visitor Service Centre. The Visitor Service Centre is located to the left in the main entrance building.
