2.1 In order to participate in the Promotion, certain personal details may be requested (including your name, age, email address and/or name and address details).
2.2 You guarantee that all the details you provide are correct, up-to-date and complete. Participants who provide incorrect and/or incomplete details will be excluded from participating and will not be eligible to claim any prizes.
2.3 The details that are obtained by Efteling relating to participation in this Promotion will be held in the Efteling data bank. These details will be treated in strict confidence, in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act.
2.4 If you are under the age of 18, you first need to obtain permission from your parents or legal guardian. We would therefore ask that you do not provide any details until you have first obtained this permission.
2.5 For participants over the age of 18, the details provided can and may be used by Efteling (and by their partners, should separate permission have been given), for other (commercial) purposes, in as much as the participant has given their permission for this.

Article 3 - How and when you can participate 

3.1 The Promotion runs from Monday 15 May to Sunday 11 June 2017 (participants who enter via the FEEST magazine have the benefit of a later end date of Friday 31 August 2017). 
3.2 You can participate in the Promotion by using the form that can be found on efteling.com. You can participate in the Promotion for free, by completing the form in full and answering the question correctly.
3.3 By answering the question correctly you have the chance of winning one of the 317 prizes. For more information please refer to section 5 concerning the prizes.

Article 4 - Announcement of the winners

4.1 The prize winners will be drawn from the participants who have answered the question correctly. There will be a total of six draws, five on 12 June and one on 1 September 2017. Participants can participate in more than one draw. The winners will be contacted as quickly as possible and informed about the awarding of the prize, unless it is evident that the winners will be informed in another way (for example, on a website). The prizes will be awarded no later than 20 June 2017 and 8 September 2017. You can find the correct date for each prize in Article 5.
4.2 Correspondence will not be entered into with regard to the result of the Promotion.
4.3 If you are one of the winners, you hereby grant Efteling permission to make use of your name and/or images in which you are pictured (for example, at the prize presentation), for any press releases regarding this Promotion.

Article 5 - Prizes

5. By answering the question correctly you have the chance of winning one of the 342 prizes:

For participants who enter via Efteling channels (such as the Efteling website, the Efteling Newsletter and social media channels such as the Efteling Facebook page), there are 212 prizes:

• 200 sets of 6 Efteling tickets for Friday 30 June 2017 (including a one-off sneak preview of Symbolica from 4 pm to 6 pm), with a value of € 35.50. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 20 June.
• Bonus prize: 12 sets of overnight stays at the Loonsche Land Hotel for five people, breakfast included and entry to Efteling on the day of arrival and departure, with a value of € 438.00. You can arrive Sunday to Friday, the latest date being 21 December 2017, this being subject to availability. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 20 June 2017.

For participants via the FEEST anniversary magazine, there are 30 prizes:

• 25 sets of 6 Efteling tickets for Friday 30 June 2017 (including a one-off sneak preview of Symbolica from 4 pm to 6 pm), with a value of € 35.50. Participation up to Sunday 11 June 2017. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 20 June 2017. 
• Bonus prize: 5 sets of overnight stays at the Loonsche Land Hotel for five people, breakfast included and entry to Efteling on the day of arrival and departure, with a value of € 438.00. You can arrive Sunday to Friday, the latest date being 21 December 2017, this being subject to availability. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 20 June 2017. Participation up to 31 August 2017. Winners will be notified no later than Friday 8 September 2017.

For participants via Albert Heijn, Rabobank, Air Miles ans RPR, there are 100 prizes:

• 25 sets of 6 Efteling tickets for Friday 30 June 2017 (including a one-off sneak preview of Symbolica from 4 pm to 6 pm), with a value of € 35.50. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 20 June 2017.

5.2 All prizes are for individual use only, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If prizes are not claimed or not distributed for any other reason, the prizes revert to Efteling. 
5.3 Should the distributed prizes be subject to a gambling tax, this charge will be borne by Efteling.

Article 6 - Liability and indemnification 

6.1 Despite the best efforts and care that Efteling takes to ensure the content and functionality of the Promotion website, Efteling cannot rule out the possibility of the site containing incomplete and/or incorrect information. For example, it is not possible for Efteling to screen in advance information/contributions by participants via and/or associated with the Promotion website and/or such information that has been made public knowledge.
6.2 Efteling, partner(s) of Efteling and/or any third parties involved with Efteling in the Promotion, are not liable for any damages of whatever nature, direct and/or indirect, which may be occasioned by and/or are a result of the Promotion and/or the use of the Promotion website by the participant.
6.3 The participant is fully responsible and liable for their use of the Promotion website, including but not limited to, the information/contributions the participant may provide via the Promotion website. The participant fully indemnifies Efteling, their partner(s) and any other third parties that may be retained by Efteling, against all possible damages by third parties, of whatever nature, that may be occasioned or be related to the use of the Promotion website by the participant.

Article 7 - Efteling's rights

7.1 Efteling retains the right to terminate your participation in the Promotion at any time, should you act in contravention with these conditions or any legal stipulations, without prior notification, without having to provide any reasons, at their own discretion and without Efteling being held liable.
7.2 Efteling also retains the right to terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion at their own discretion without prior notification and/or change the prizes of the Promotion, should circumstances so require.
7.3 Efteling expressly retains the right to deny (further) participation by persons (in the interim) and/or to exclude persons (in the interim) from winning prizes, without Efteling having to provide any reason.

Article 8 - Use of the Promotion website

8.1 The (intellectual property) rights relating to the Promotion website, including the texts, images, design, databases, photos and other (static and/or moving) images, audio tracks, formats, software, brands (including domain names) and other material, are retained by Efteling and/or one of their licensors.
8.2 The Promotion site may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that any other use is not permitted, unless prior, written permission has been given by Efteling.
