Win the ulimate father's day present: An exclusive trip to Efteling
On 25 May, Efteling – the fairytale theme park in the south of Holland – will launch an exclusive competition in collaboration with P&O Ferries ahead of Father’s Day, where one dad and his family will have the chance to win a holiday to the theme park resort.
The competition will be launched on a microsite on www.efteling.com, where children will nominate their father, giving reasons why he is the best dad and should win the prize. The competition will run until 31 May 2018.
The lucky father and his family will be whisked off to the Netherlands with P&O Ferries, for a very special stay at Efteling’s newest accommodation – Holiday Village Efteling Loonsche Land, located just a short walk from the theme park entrance. The prize also includes dinner, a beer tasting (for Mum and Dad), a ‘Ticket Extra’ and a queue skip for a ride of choice.
With its storybook atmosphere, natural surroundings and wide range of enchanting attractions, thrilling rides and captivating shows, a trip to Efteling is the perfect Father’s Day gift that the whole family can enjoy. Adrenalin-seeking Dads will love the park’s roller coasters, such as Baron 1898, which free falls 37.5m into a mineshaft, while those that prefer to take it a bit calmer should try out Symbolica: Palace of Fantasy – Efteling’s newest and most expensive ride to date that discovers the secret corridors of a magical palace. Families can relax over Dutch pancakes at Polles Keuken, or reunite at the end of the day at Aquanura – Europe’s biggest water and light show.
The competition prize will include:
- A one night stay at Efteling Holiday Village Loonsche Land
- A dinner for the family at the Efteling Holiday Village Loonsche Land restaurant
- Beer tasting for the parents
- A Ticket Extra, a ticket that offers 30 minutes earlier admission, a free coffee or tea with a muffin, lunch (panini or French fries) and a 20% discount on a souvenir
- Queue skip for one ride of choice
- Ferry crossing with P&O Ferries.
The winner will be announced on 4 June.
