Polle’s Kitchen: a pancake experience
Polle’s Kitchen is a pancake restaurant in which visitors can follow the chefs’ every move. Guests experience the restaurant as if they were sitting right in the middle of the busy palace kitchen in which Polle is the diligent chef’s assistant. At the centre of the restaurant is an enormous stove with special musical qualities. With sizzling pans, whistling kettles and clanking ladles, a visit to the restaurant becomes a unique experience and a spectacle. With its 12.65-metre towers, the distinctive, ‘Symbolican’-style building is a real eye-catcher on Efteling Brink, the square at the centre of the park.
