Efteling introduces International Blog House

In April and May 2018, Efteling will introduce its first 'Efteling International Blog House’.
A Village House in Holiday Village Efteling Bosrijk will be taken over exclusively by bloggers and vloggers from Germany, France, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands for two months, as they symbolically pass on the house key to each other in a blogathon relay.
Efteling is the first theme park in the Netherlands to make a holiday house available to influencers for nine weeks in a row, to blog and vlog about their visit to the theme park and their stay in the holiday village. Efteling aims to use this initiative to gain more international attention for the park's accommodation options and their varied offerings.
Fons Jurgens, President and CEO, explains: "In recent years, the collaboration with bloggers and vloggers has proven itself for Efteling, both at home and abroad. This initiative is the next step in further increasing the quality collaborations with influencers in the Netherlands and our neighbouring countries. How nice is it to receive them with a warm welcome in their own holiday house? We will let them experience Efteling as authentically as possible and hope they will inspire not only their followers but also each other."

The International Blog House serves the vision of Efteling to become an international destination with five million visitors by 2020. To achieve this, the theme park has a phased investment policy in which the emphasis is on accommodation and attractions.
