Enjoy eighteen sizzling summer evenings in Efteling

Open all summer until 8 pm, every Friday and Saturday until 11 pm

Throughout July and August it is summer in Efteling! The park opens daily until 8 pm with Friday and Saturday nights staying open till 11pm so there is even more time to accompany the king in Symbolica, find the cool shadows of the Fairy Tale forest or say hi to the fairies in Dream Flight. The extended hours mean the Raveleijn and Fairytale Tree park shows can be experienced several times a day. The late summer opening offers the opportunity for an extra round in favourite attractions such as Joris and the Dragon, Python or Baron 1898 and to freshen up from the summer sun in the Piraña river rapids ride. Who wants to take a ride in the Bob one more time? Visitors can do that for the last time this summer before it closes!

Interactive exhibition in the Efteling MuseumThose who love fairy tales can be surprised from July 7 by the new interactive temporary exhibition in the Efteling Museum which is suitable for all nationalities. Together with the the Fairytale Collector, guests can find out more about all 30 fairy tales in the Fairytale Forest.

Nine Squares Festival in July and AugustDuring the Summer Festival, on all Fridays and Saturdays in July and August, the park is open until 11 pm. On these eighteen summer evenings, the park is filled with spectacular entertainment on each of its nine squares. Guests will experience wonderful performances, from magical reading moments by storytellers on the Herautenplein to international street theatre acts on the Anton Pieck Plein. Guests can taste summery delights while singing along with Jürgen Freilich on the Steenbok Plein or immersing themselves in South American atmospheres on the Piraña Plein.

The entertainment programme is identical on Friday and Saturday nights. This gives guests more opportunity to experience the enchantingly lit Efteling in the dark and to ride the roller coasters until late in the evening. The Aquanura water show against the night sky completes the Efteling summer.
