Efteling Design Team

Today, the Efteling has a Design and Development Department and a design team that is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Efteling vision, its concepts and its products.  From landscape design to accommodation, from new attractions to new dining experiences, everything has to fit in with the Efteling’s brand identity. The World of the Efteling is initially determined by its content (what is it?) and then by its form (what is it going to look like?). We are always on the look out for new ideas for products and new and/or existing techniques that we can implement in innovative ways. Once the design phase is complete, the Efteling’s builders and painters, decorators and set designers, as well as computer and technical wizards, turn these concepts into a reality. Our ultimate goal is to surprise our guests over and over again!
